Independent professional connections

Corporate Introductions

Introduction categories for company formation and related independent professional support.

Starboard helps route business requirements to suitable independent providers. Every category below describes an introduction. The provider decides whether to accept the matter and is responsible for its own engagement, advice and work.

Company formation introductions

For a proposed new entity, Starboard can coordinate an introduction to a provider that handles formation work in the relevant location. The provider will assess eligibility, explain available options, set requirements and carry out any accepted work. Starboard does not select an entity structure or file formation documents.

Registered office and local agent introductions

Some entities need an eligible registered office, local agent or similar appointment. Starboard can identify a possible independent provider. That provider confirms whether it can act, what records or checks it needs and the terms of the appointment.

Corporate administration introductions

An existing entity may need help with records, routine administration, changes or governance support. Starboard can coordinate contact with an independent administration provider whose scope appears to fit the request.

Annual compliance and filing support introductions

Recurring filings and compliance steps vary with the entity and its circumstances. Starboard can arrange an introduction for annual compliance or annual filing support. The provider determines the applicable work, due dates, information needed and whether it can accept responsibility for the engagement.

Accounting and bookkeeping introductions

Starboard can connect a business with an independent accounting or bookkeeping provider for an initial discussion. The provider reviews the records, reporting needs, scope, standards and fees before agreeing to any work.

Legal and tax professional introductions

Where an inquiry calls for legal or tax input, Starboard can introduce an independent professional whose stated practice appears relevant. All advice comes from the engaged professional. Starboard does not give legal or tax advice or assess the consequences of a proposed arrangement.

Banking and payment service introductions

A business may wish to discuss an account or payment service with an independent institution or specialist. Starboard can coordinate an introduction where a suitable contact is available. The institution controls eligibility, due diligence, pricing, approval and timing. An introduction does not assure account opening or access to a service.

Business and technology support introductions

Some projects need practical business or technology support alongside corporate work. Starboard can introduce an independent provider for a defined need, subject to that provider's capability, availability and acceptance.

Availability and next steps

Availability depends on the client's circumstances, location requirements, the provider's current capability and provider acceptance. Not every category is available for every inquiry, and more than one independent provider may be involved.

Starboard first clarifies the request, then proposes an introduction if an appropriate contact is available. The provider conducts its own onboarding, KYC, engagement, pricing and delivery process.
